Niacinamide Activator Serum

Works good . I just run out too fast, because my skin is so dry

I haven’t used it very long but I have noticed a smoothness in my neck. Not even a week of one time a day usage.

This serum is so wonderful! Silky smooth and leaves my skin feeling like satin. Niacinamide Activator definitely rates 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

I like this serum a lot. Strength 5% is mild and easier to tolerate. I started by using twice a week until skin could tolerate then now use 3x/week. After a few days, my facial skin looked more hydrated and plump. For extra moisture, I apply night cream on top.

I broke out horribly during pregnancy which left me with red marks (similar to scars but apparently were not scars) I had a few on my cheek and I read where Niacinamide helps with red marks and I have been using since June and they are completely gone! My face finally looks like it did before pregnancy and I’m so grateful!!

Works great on my sensitive skin! Less fine lines, firmer skin, better skin tone. Still waiting for more effect on lessening under eye bags.

I am very pleased with the fast,& helpful responses I received from Customer Services team member ARIA!! She answered all my questions that I had. N I was also able to suspend my subscription refill date to later since I just purchased the My Glow device...& wanted more time to try all the products out in a consitent routine to see which products would be best for my skin care needs. Plus I was still able to keep all of the VIP extras while doing so!! They also sent me even more free products at no charge EVER!!! Such an amazing company that is actually trying to give you the best service & best products that suits your needs!! They don't just sell you an item then thats it. They stay with you through your entire skin care journey! To help you along the way to make sure it works!

My Derma Dream products/serums are easy to use, priced reasonably and the serums feel great- not heavy on the face nor create extra oil! All of the Customer Service during my Derma Dream journey have been very helpful and friendly, especially Aleah! I sent my DermaDream an email needing to cancel my subscription. I did not want to cancel all together, but I didn't realize it can be paused or skipped so she reached out to me personally within a matter of minutes. She filled me in on benefits of my membership/subscription that I was not aware of, including, the option to pause or skip along with new products that are beneficial! She's communicated patiently and respectfully which is a rare thing sometimes these days, so she's made the journey easy and stress free!

I thought it felt good on me and helped some with the machine. I saw my skin looking a little less wrinkles...but it was a gift to my daughter and she refused at first...then decided to give it a try when she saw what it did for me. So, I gave it to her and ordered another for me and I'm still waiting..thank you!😊

I love it. I can tell a difference in my skin. It is getting tighter and wrinkles are disappearing.

I needed to stop my subscription of serums because I lost my job - but I still had plenty in stock. So, I called the number provided. First of all, someone actually answered the phone! I spoke with Anne - she was great! She was very understanding. She offered to put my subscription on pause for 3 months and, because I love the product line, she offered to send me one of their other tools for free! She also offered to call me in 3 months, before the pause expires, to check if I need to extend the pause. She was very supportive!

Arnelyn contacted me to see how I was doing and if I am enjoying The Derma Dream package. I was thinking of cancelling my subscription, but the products are working well for me. I was trying to fix my budget by cutting back on some expenses and Arnelyn listened to me and showed me how I could save some money, which meant that I did not need to cancel my subscription!! My Derma Dream has an absolutely lovely consultant named Khay, my renewal was coming up and it was more than I could afford, especially after going through Hurricane Helena. I’ll also mention I watch 3 grandkids all week and only ask for appreciation not money.
Khay was extremely supportive in understanding that I wouldn’t be able to continue my subscription.
She came up with a brilliant plan that gives me a lot of time to get caught up!

I do see a difference around my eyes and neck. I bought the light want with it but I have a dental implant and can’t use the red light because it shocks me . I do like the serum and have bought more .

Very easy working with the DermaDream Membership Team! I needed to suspend my membership due to overwhelming family issues and the company totally understood. They were even willing to let me send back the last shipment I had received for a full refund! As soon as I have the time and energy to focus on my self and skin, I'll be able to reactivate my membership and enjoy all the perks (discounts) that come with it!

They were quick to respond and offer solutions. I still have product and don't need an order now, so they pushed my next orders out further and gave me a full refund for the orders that recently processed.

It's great for brightening & hydration. It's a really good serum to add to your daily routine. I like to use it in the moring after cleansing the skin, and then gentle dab on my face and neck as well. And it just hydates the skin and gives you such a pretty glow.

Have seen a difference in skin...dark spots are lighter...works well..doesn't irritate my skin either
