HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Dream Team as soon as

ORDER CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

Orders cannot be cancelled if they’ve been processed, prepared for shipment, or
shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been prepared for fulfillment, it is no
longer eligible for cancellation.

If a tracking number has been assigned or the order has been shipped, cancellation
requests cannot be completed.



SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

For subscription-based products, including our Unlimited Skincare Membership:

Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only

Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable

Once billed, membership fees cannot be reversed

We recommend contacting our team prior to your next billing date to ensure your
request is handled in time.

To ensure clarity and consistency, please note:

Cancellation requests must be made through our support team

Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped cannot be
canceled

Digital products, services, or activated memberships are not eligible for
cancellation or refund once processed

Failure to contact support prior to processing or shipment does not qualify an
order for cancellation
