ORDER CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY
Orders cannot be cancelled if they’ve been processed, prepared for shipment, or
shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been prepared for fulfillment, it is no
longer eligible for cancellation.
If a tracking number has been assigned or the order has been shipped, cancellation
requests cannot be completed.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
For subscription-based products, including our Unlimited Skincare Membership:
● Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only
● Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable
● Once billed, membership fees cannot be reversed
We recommend contacting our team prior to your next billing date to ensure your
request is handled in time.
