Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all creative launches (funnels and ads)
- Working with the marketing coordinator to ensure smooth execution and keep simplifying systems
- Work with media buyers to analyze data & find opportunities
- Work with the marketing data analyst to visualize creative data to align yourself, your team and organization on what matters most and to focus attention on what metrics drives results
- Lead a creative team of 14 people (video editors, designers, junior and senior copywriter, marketing ops manager, content manager, funnel copy chief and ad copy chief)
- Report to head of Growth and CEO on progress of your quarterly key KPI
- Work with media buyers, email manager, affiliate manager, Google media buyer, head of CRO and marketing data analyst

Our leadership team relies on data daily to make high-stakes decisions across marketing, finance, operations, logistics, payments, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to own that system end-to-end and cast the vision for where it goes next.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, COO, and department heads and lead a growing team of analysts, while building the foundation for a world-class data organization.
The Mission
As Head of Data & Analytics, your job is to own the entire data ecosystem,from vision to execution.
You will:
- Translate desired perspectives and business problems into clear dashboard mockups
- Review and refine those mockups directly with leadership
- Build the underlying data models, tables, and logic so analysts know exactly how the system works
- Define and maintain a data dictionary and standardized KPIs
- Continuously improve how fast the company goes from question to data to insight
- Create a culture of curiosity, clarity, and iteration around data
You don’t just manage data, you lead how the company thinks.
What Success Looks Like
In Your First 90 Days
- Fully own the data tech stack and visualize it clearly in a flowchart
- Map how data flows from the source to the warehouse to dashboards to decisions
- Establish a clear dashboard design standard that tells a consistent story
- Improve the data ticketing system to reduce:
- TTD (Time to Data)
- TTI (Time to Insight)
- Build trust with leadership as the person who is ahead of subject matter experts, not reacting to them
Ongoing
- Cast and continuously evolve the vision for the ideal data infrastructure
- Ensure dashboards answer the right questions, not just show numbers
- Mentor analysts and leaders on how to think about data, not just consume it
- Iterate relentlessly on dashboards, pipelines, and even the tech stack itself
Core Responsibilities
- Own the Data Tech Stack end-to-end (tools, pipelines, BI, cost, performance)
- Transform ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable dashboard mockups
- Review mockups with leadership and iterate until the story is right
- Build:
- Data tables
- Metric definitions
- Data dictionaries
- SOPs for analysts
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts (approx. 3–5 today, growing)
- Stay ahead of department heads in data understanding and implications
- Operate in a SCRUM / agile mindset (waterfall is dead)
- Manage data projects with strong organization and prioritization
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to teammates
- Join quarterly leadership off-sites (global)
